THE WRD CREATIVE, LLC. is a Black-owned creative powerhouse founded by multidisciplinary artist Will Rhem Jr. The WRD stands for “The Will Rhem Dream.” It represents his dream version of what a creative house can be: a place where art grows, stories transform, and imagination becomes real. It is built on the belief that if we can dream it, we can create it.

What began as one artist’s vision is growing into a collaborative creative house. It is becoming a space for choreographers, writers, directors, filmmakers, educators, producers, and artists to build what they imagine together. Our work amplifies unheard and overlooked voices while telling the stories that deserve visibility. It shifts narratives and helps people feel seen through shared creative power.

Our mission is to create work that moves people and shifts culture. It is work that heals, uplifts, challenges, reimagines, and leaves every space better than we found it. Through bold artistry, honest expression, and intentional creation, we open new possibilities for what art, education, and creativity can be.
